An independent investigator will look into charges that video footage of Albuquerque Police shootings has been tampered with. That was the decision Tuesday from the Berry Administration after City Councilor Pat Davis made the request.
Davis says the public would ask questions if APD alone investigated allegations of its own misconduct. Those allegations were made by former APD records custodian Reynaldo Chavez.
