NM 2nd Worst State for Construction

The 50 States and the District of Columbia are ranked based on factors such as business-specific tax laws, use of public-private partnerships, being committed to developing well-trained workforce, and the rate of construction job growth.

Roxanne Rivea-Wiest tells the Albuquerque Journal that New Mexico needs to create a more business-friendly environment.
