The latest home sales figures in new mexico are mixed. Even though the number of homes sold in New Mexico fell in October compared to last year, the total sales volume was a record breaker for the month- $373 million. That according to new figures from the Realtors Association of New Mexico.
Sales last month were down almost 2%, but the median price of a home increased to almost $198,000. And sales for all of 2016 are still running ahead of last year’s pace.
