New developments in the case against two former APD officers charged with murder in the death of James Boyd in 2014. KOAT TV reports that a judge has scheduled a retrial for Keith Sandy and Dominique Perez for next July. But the new DA, Raul Torrez, would the authority to dismiss the charges. The first trial ended in a hung jury last month.
