There’s one less problem property in Albuquerque today. The owner of a former frat house at UNM has torn the building down. It’s located at 1815 Sigma Chi Rd NE on the UNM campus. The building had been empty for several years and had been slated for condemnation but the owner was able to cover the costs of demolishing it. Now the new owner, Rudy Guzman, has paid for the building’s removal. It’s expected to be re-developed.
