Another repeat offender is under arrest, this time accused of murder. APD Officer Fred Duran says they arrested 29 year old London Word after he told his mom that he had killed a man over a drug issue. Duran says word broke into his mother’s home early Monday and told her he had slit the throat of 31 year old Lucas Bazan and put the body in a closet at Bazan’s apartment. He says he killed him after arguing over meth. Duran says word has an arrest record going back to 2008.
