Federal prosecutors have released some of the video footage leading up to the shooting of APD Officer Daniel Webster last year. The video was used during last month’s federal court trial of Davon Lymon…the man who allegedly killed Officer Webster. Lymon was found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He has yet to be tried on state murder charges. Federal Judge Christine Armijo ruled last week that the video could be unsealed.
