APD is still looking for a second drag racing suspect in an incident late Friday night that left a ten year old girl dead. Police arrested 22 year old Xavier Nelson who they say rear ended a vehicle on I-25, killing Carmen Esmerelda Rivera. Witnesses say Nelson’s vehicle was going over 100 mph. The driver Nelson was drag racing has not been found.
