Spike belts bring a pursuit in Rio Arriba County to an end Saturday. Officers from Espanola and deputies from Rio Arriba County used the belts to stop the driver of a stolen vehicle. He then rammed several police cars prompting the officers to open fire. Police were then able to arrest Richard Borrego and Candace Montoya. No one was injured in the incident.
