If you’ve been out looking for a home, you’re likely not finding much in the ABQ Metro. That’s the case whether you’re in the market for a single family home, a condo, or a town home. Kent Cravens with the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors says one reason concerns the city’s economic activity. Cravens suspects a lot of homeowners are selling only when they to or swapping homes with family members. He says not as many homes are being built right now.
