Albuquerque Business First reports the Albuquerque Metro’s foreclosure rate is at its lowest since 2009. Since 2012, the city’s foreclosure inventory rate steadily decreased. But Albuquerque’s recovery from the recession has not kept up with the rest of the nation.
The city’s foreclosure rate is still higher than the national average. The lowest foreclosure rates in the country were in Colorado, Minnesota, and Arizona.
