What some Albuquerque metro apartment complexes are doing these days has residents feeling a lot safer. They’re allowing police officers to live in the complex rent free.
Our news partner, KOB-TV, reports the free rent deal requires officers to park their patrol cars in the complex’s parking lots. Residents tell KOB TV that since the officers have moved in, there’s been no criminal activity.
