Don’t scratch Albuquerque’s Nob Hill and Old Town off your holiday shopping list just because of ART construction. The road work along those two parts of Central will be halted Thanksgiving week until after the new year. City Chief Operations Officer Michael Riordan says communications between the city and Central Avenue businesses has been key to keeping them in the loop.
And Riordan says that’s been occurring even before the holidays. Parking fees on most of Central will also continue.
