The investigation into the arson at the broadcast towers on Sandi Crest is advancing. It was shortly after midnight on October 2nd when BCSO deputies were sent up to the Crest after getting calls about a possible fire.
Deputy Felicia Romero says there is now an arrest warrant in the case. Brian Mathew Dorias was arrested Wednesday and had his first court appearance Wednesday. He had told deputies that the signals from the towers hurt his head.
Romero says the arrest warrant follows several search warrants that were carried out as the investigation moved forward. She says the Sheriff’s Office is working with the feds to determine if anyone else was involved.
