A man was listed as a person of interest in the murder of a woman in Nambe last month has now been arrested and charged with an open count of murder. State Police say 57 year old Robert Mondrian-Powell, who also goes by the name Robert Boykin, was taken into custody Friday in Las Cruces.
The Office of the Medical Investigator has officially identified the victim as 67 year old Elvira Segura.
