An APS teacher at John Adams Middle School is under arrest, charged with Criminal Damage to Private Property. The arrest stems from last week’s protest in downtown Albuquerque. APD Officer Fred Duran says Benjamin Imbus was taken into custody at the school on Monday.
Police say it was Imbus and another woman seen in the TV video using protest signs to cause more than $3,000 in damage to the vehicle trying to get past them. Duran says they’re working to ID the woman as well.
