A New Judge in Martens Case

A new development today in the case against three people charged in the rape and murder of 10 year old Victoria Martens in Albuquerque last month. At the request of one of the defendants, the girl’s mother Michelle Martens, Judge Brett Loveless has been excused from the case and replaced by Judge Benjamin Chavez.
