A juror in the murder trial of two former APD Officers has been dismissed by Judge Alisa Hadfield. The juror was overheard talking on her phone about how loud defense attorney Sam Bregman was during cross examination of a witness on Tuesday. Both of the defense attorneys argued against removing the juror, who was replaced by an alternate. The trial of Keith Sandy and Dominique Perez began on Monday. They’re charged with second degree murder in the death of James Boyd in 2014.
