Facebook has chosen Los Lunas for its new 250 million dollar data center. The Valencia County community had been in competition with West Jordan, Utah for the facility. New Mexico Economic Development Secretary Jon Barela tells News Radio KKOB this could be the most significant economic win for the state since Intel built its plant in Rio Rancho more than 20 years ago. He says Facebook intends to begin construction within a couple of months.
