◊ Smokey is a super affectionate, sweet loving cuddle bug, occasionally shy companion.
◊ Smokey can be slightly shy at first. Meet him away from the kennel and he will melt your heart.
◊ He enjoys taking walks on leash and is quite good on leash.
◊ Walks are good but “couch potato” fits him too, he just loves to be carried, be cuddled or curl up in your lap.
◊ He is dog friendly and has attended quite a few of our small dog play groups. Doggie friends are fine but people are the best!
◊ Smokey is excited to see his human friends and occasionally sings a song to you.
◊ He is a pretty small little guy so older children that will handle him gently please.
◊ They say the best things come in small packages and that is true with Smokey.
Small yes, but he has a giant heart ready to shower his person/s with love and kisses.
☺ You will find Smokey at our Eastside location of Albuquerque Animal Welfare. He is kenneled with a buddy or two, very eager to meet you.
