Policies of the Obama administration

With Iraq now in flux again because of the policies of the Obama administration and ISIS now having a foothold in the region, it would seem this would be an opportunity for Republicans to take advantage politically. But not when Republicans continue to in fight and get away from the real issues.  The "bright" shining new star of the GOP Rand Paul has no problems taking jabs at the Bush administration for the now failures in Iraq.  This used to be the Democrats line of thinking "Blame Bush" for everything now Republicans are doing it to, it took former VP Dick Cheney to stand up and defend the US strategy in Iraq during the Bush years and warn us that another possibly worse attack then 9/11 could be on the horizon because of ISIS now holding in Iraq.  The Republican used to be the party of foreign policy always in lock step together not anymore with Rand Paul's presidential aspirations he is jumping on the blame Bush bandwagon as well and guess who loses, conservatives.
