MAN SOUGHT IN BEATING DEATH

ALBUQUERQUE POLICE IDENTIFY THE THIRD SUSPECT IN THE BEATING DEATH OF 65 YEAR OLD RICHARD ZARATE.

HE WAS FOUND BADLY INJURED AT HIS HOME ON SHIRE SOUTHWEST BACK ON MAY 27TH. ZARATE DIED OF HIS INJURIES LAST WEEK. NOW POLICE HAVE A WARRANT FOR THE ARREST OF 24 YEAR OLD PHILLIP MARTIN ON AN OPEN COUNT OF MURDER. 20 YEAR OLD MARCUS HAMILTON WAS ARRESTED LAST WEEK ON AN OPEN COUNT OF MURDER AND 20 YEAR OLD SAMANTHA ROSS IS BEHIND BARS ON CHARGES INCLUDING THEFT OF CREDIT CARDS.
