ROSWELL, N.M. (AP) A car landed up leaning against a Roswell house and its driver ended up in the hospital and possibly headed for trouble with the law after a New Year's Eve accident. According to KRQE-TV, the car collided with two other cars and then catapulted up against the house. The accident left the car propped up against a wall of the house, with one end on the ground and the other up in the air.
The car's driver was hospitalized for undisclosed injuries. He was the only person in the car, and police say they're waiting for blood test results to determine whether he was drunk.
Nobody in the house was injured and four people in one of the other cars escaped serious injury.
