Another Storm for NM

IT’S WAS WINDY AND COLDER THURSDAY NIGHT AS A STORM SYSTEM MOVED INTO NEW MEXICO. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAYS LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP, FIRST OVER WESTERN NEW MEXICO AND THEN MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN AND THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

SNOWFALL WILL BE LIGHT, BUT COMBINED WITH GUSTY WINDS AND COLD AIR, THERE COULD BE SLICK TRAVEL CONDITIONS IN PLACES…ESPECIALLY ALONG THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE OF I-40 AND U.S. 550…AS WELL AS THROUGH MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO. I-25 AT RATON PASS WILL ALSO LIKELY BE IMPACTED.

HERE IN ALBUQUERQUE, WE SHOULD GET A DUSTING OF SNOW, AT MOST.
