THE ALBUQUERQUE JOURNAL REPORTS THAT, AT NOON, GOVERNOR LUJAN GRISHAM WILL SPEAK AT A PUBLIC CEREMONY ON CIVIC PLAZA TO COMMEMORATE THE VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS.
