Nehemiah Griego Back in Court

NEHEMIAH GRIEGO … THE MAN WHO CONFESSED TO KILLING HIS PARENTS AND THREE SIBLINGS AT THEIR HOME IN ALBUQUERQUE’S SOUTH VALLEY WHEN HE WAS A TEENAGER … WILL GO ANOTHER ROUND WITH A JUDGE. TWO JUDGES HAVE RECUSED THEMSELVES FROM HIS AMENABILITY HEARING, WHICH WILL DECIDE IF HE CAN BE RELEASED AFTER FIRST BEING IN A JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY, THEN IN JAIL.

HE WAS TO BE TREATED AND RELEASED WHEN HE TURNED 21, BUT THE APPEALS COURT REJECTED THE JUDGE’S RULING THERE. ON MONDAY BEGINS ANOTHER HEARING FOR GRIEGO WITH JUDGE ALISA HART, WHO WILL ULTIMATELY DECIDE HIS FATE.
