Sardinas Canyon Fire Update

RAIN, CLOUDS, AND HIGHER HUMIDITIES ARE HELPING FIREFIGHTERS GET A HANDLE ON THE SARDINAS CANYON FIRE IN THE CARSON NATIONAL FOREST, SOUTHEAST OF TAOS. THE FIRE IS HOLDING STEADY AT A LITTLE OVER 23-HUNDRED ACRES, AND IS NOW 40-PERCENT CONTAINED. FOREST OFFICIALS SAY THE FIRE HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE HUMAN CAUSED…AND MORE DETAILS WILL BE RELEASED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT ONCE THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETED.
