Trial Set for Albuquerque Couple

AN ALBUQUERQUE COUPLE ACCUSED OF PROSTITUTING THEIR SEVEN YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WILL GO ON TRIAL NEXT YEAR. JAMES STEWART AND TERI SANCHEZ WERE IN COURT TUESDAY, AND DISTRICT JUDGE BRETT LOVELESS SET THEIR TRIAL FOR FEBRUARY 25TH.

STEWART IS CHARGED WITH HUMAN TRAFFICKING, PROMOTING PROSTITUTION, AND CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONTACT OF A MINOR. SANCHEZ IS CHARGED WITH CHILD ABUSE AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR. THE TWO WILL REMAIN LOCKED UP UNTIL THE TRIAL BEGINS.

THE CASE IS BEING PROSECUTED BY THE NEW MEXICO ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.
